Question
C0100, 1.currently, we categorize group business into 3-collective. Is that correct? What do you wish to be included in "3-collective"?
2. For products categorized to "4 - pension entitlements" here should be reported under QRT E.02.01.16, right?
3. If an Pension entitlements product is underwritten under join life basis, how the OEs should categorize the product, 2, or 4 or other?
C0140, For products of single Premium with possibility to pay an additional premium in the future without additional guarantee according to amount paid, which category should we use, 2 or 4?
EIOPA answer
1. Seems correct but in case of doubt regarding a specific contract please contact the NCA.
2. By default yes, but not necessarily 1:1 relation. For the purposes of E.02.01.16 please refer to the ECB Instructions that state:
"This template contains information required for statistical purposes on pension entitlements (which are identified in column C0100 of template S.14.01. by value "4 – pension entitlements" and, where applicable, by value "5 – other" in cases where the product includes an element of pension entitlement)."

4. Option 4 seems the correct classification.
