The Joint Committee has drafted and submitted to the COM the draft ITS laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the allocation of credit
assessments of external credit assessment institutions to an objective scale of credit quality steps (https://www.eiopa.europa.eu/sites/default/files/publications/technical_standards/jc_2015_068_-_final_draft_its_on_ecais_mapping_under_solvency_ii.pdf).
The next step is adoption by the COM and publication in the Official Journal.
