In the technical annex for S.06.02 (Assets-D1) cells A7 (Item Title) and A8 (Issuer name) are defined as not being applicable for CIC category 8.
We would like to understand how the information regarding loans to senior management board and loans to other individuals should be presented separately without using the above cells.
EIOPA answer
“In fact the solution as described in the July 2012 Report would not allow us to distinguish between “loans to administrative, management or supervisory board members” or “loans to other individuals”. This could be solved with a change to the LOG of cell A7. EIOPA will consider this solution for the implementing technical standard.”
