In the document - "Answers to Guidelines on Financial stability" published on 21.01.2016, does the exclusion of unit-linked business include unitised with-profits?

In template S.41.01, pure unit linked products are to be excluded. Unitised with-profits which contain elements of guarantees or where the full risk of price changes in the underlying portfolio is not born by policy holders should not be excluded.
