Is it possible to obtain in its Excel version (i.e. .xls file) the "Appendix III: Changes LOG" of the document "EIOPA Final Report on Public Consultation No. 13/010 On the Proposal for Guidelines on Submission of Information to National Competent Authorities" [Document reference: EIOPA- BoS -13/415]?
I would really appreciate if EIOPA could send me or publish this Appendix in the website.
