Question
In the Log file as published on March 17, 2023, QRT S.36.04 includes a LoB format that differs from other QRT for the field 'Line of business'. QRT S.36.04 was replaced by QRT S.36.07 in a later delivery from EIOPA. Should this QRT also be based on the different LoB classification? An example of a deviation is 'Index-linked and unit-linked insurance' in all other QRTs this is LOB 31, but in the Log of S.36.04 this is LOB 30.
EIOPA answer
The error has been corrected in EIOPA’s proposal for the revised ITS on Reporting. The proposals are contingent upon the adoption by the European Commission.
