Question
Regards the new ER0241 and ER0242 rows added to SE.17.01 quarterly variant in 2.8 taxonomy. We have been asked to raise a query from one of our clients regards whether these rows are required to be completed from the very first quarterly submission, due 31.12.2023, or whether there is some delay before these are required.
Background of the question
There is no delay mentioned within the guidance so we assume these should be completed from the first (ie reference date 31.12.2023) submission but we welcome confirmation.

EIOPA confirms that the reporting of SE.17.01 in 2.8 taxonomy is applicable as of 31.12.2023.
