Template S.08.01 Did the new items C0450 _Swap delivered” and “C0460_Swap received” apply to performance swaps (equities versus equities). What do we indicate in this case in both items ? EIOPA provide as examples : Euribor+0.5% ; 2.3% ; EUR. In case of a swap Euribor+0.5% against 2.3% in USD, do we indicate "Euribor+0.5%" in C0450 _Swap delivered and "2.3%;USD" in C0460_Swap received” ?
Template S.06.01 C0295 (Crypto-assets). Regarding the tokens that are financial instruments (falling under the DLT regime), are they to be considered in "4- Other crypto-assets" or "5 - No" ?
EIOPA answer
On S.08.01 EIOPA confirms that in C0450 and C0460 there shall be a description of the pattern of the cashflows associated with the swap. It applies to any kind of swap. The examples provided in the question are valid.
On S.06.02 tokens that are financial instruments (falling under the DLT regime), are to be considered in "4- Other crypto-assets".
