Question
We note EIOPA's Q&A replies to questions 1411 and 1583. We also note, however, that the draft ITS amendments published by EIOPA do not seek to amend the LOG for S.06.02 in any way with respect to this. Please clarify the situation for firms: are EIOPA's responses still correct and, if so, why are they not part of the draft ITS amendments?

EIOPA confirms that the answers to Q&A 1411 and 1583 are still correct. Please be aware that not all Q&As are included in the ITS amendments. Q&As providing clarifications for very concrete and specific situations or just explaining the existing requirements were not included in the package in line with the overall aim of the Q&A process.
