Article 16 of Delegated Regulation 2017/2359 - can EIOPA provide some practical examples for the notion of “materially alter” in (b)?
EIOPA answer
EIOPA intentionally used the same terminology in its Guidelines on this topic and provided some further explanation and examples in paragraphs 1.48 and 149 of the explanatory text to Guideline 2(a), which are also considered relevant in relaton to Article 16.
