Question
We are a UK non-life insurer but have a number of annuities stemming from non-life business in the form of Periodic Payment Orders (PPOs) that have been awarded through the UK Courts.
Do we still need to complete this QRT or is the information disclosed in S.16.01 sufficient?

The annuities stemming from the non-life contracts have to be reported in S.14.01 despite the fact that they are also analysed in S.16.01.
