Should R0600/C0020 be reported in S.26.01.01? It seems to be inconsistent in the document COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2016/1868 of 20 October 2016.

In S.26.01.01 the R0600/C0020 should not be reported as amended in Annex V of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1868 of 20 October 2016 and reflected in the Annotated templates.
