Final Report on revised Guidelines on reporting and disclosure - Solvency II Review

Amendments to the Solvency II framework also necessitated revisions to Guidelines on reporting and disclosure. This instrument has been updated to align with the amended legal framework and simplified where possible.

The Guidelines will become applicable on 30 January 2027. Until then, the Guidelines issued in 2015 are applicable.
