Annual Report on administrative sanctions and other measures under the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD)

This Report provides an overview of the administrative sanctions or other measures imposed by national competent authorities (NCAs) under the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD).

This is EIOPA’s first annual report regarding the information on sanctions it is required to publish under the IDD and covers the period from the application of the IDD in 2018 until the end of 2019.
