In the annoted template for the taxonomy 2.1.0, the cell R0230.C0050 of the template S.23.01.01 has been updated in order to accept data (it wasn't possible to fill this cell before). But the validation rule BV79 hasn't been updated to take this in account. The formula is still:

{r0290}={r0050}+{r0090}+{r0110}+{r0140}+{r0160}+{r0180}

Unlike the other validation rule on the line r0290 (such as BV78 with :

{r0290}={r0010}+{r0030}+{r0040}+
{r0050}+{r0090}+{r0110}+{r0140}+{r0180}-{r0230}.

So I would have expected something more like:

{r0290}={r0050}+{r0090}+{r0110}+{r0140}+{r0160}+{r0180}-{R0230}

So I would like to know if this is normal or not?
