Question
Could you confirm that for CIC Category 9, excluding CIC 95, columns Custodian (C0120) and Issuer Country (C0270) should not be filled. However, column Country of custody (C0110) should be filled with the issuer country assessed by the address of the property, even if there is no actual custodian?
EIOPA answer
As stated in the LOG for the template S.06.02 items “Custodian” - C0120 and “Issuer Country” – C0270 are not applicable for the entire CIC category 9 – Property.
On the other hand, according to the same LOG, item “Country of custody” – C0110 is applicable for CIC category 9 – Property (excluding CIC 95 – Plant and equipment (for own use)) where issuer country is assessed by the address of the property.
