Question
We are aware that it’s not possible to have the same ID code for two RFF or for two MAP, but we would like to confirm that it’s not possible to have a MA portfolio and a RFF with the same ID code.
Besides, we would like to confirm that subfunds (a MAP inside of a RFF for example) also need to have unique ID codes.

EIOPA confirms that codes attributed to RFF, MAP or any sub-fund should be unique between all of them and kept over time.
