Question
The validation TV15 states as "matches($a, "^LEI/[A-Z0-9]{20}$") or matches($a, "^None")". Our understanding of this validation is that LEI code can be either numeric or alphanumeric with 20 characters. If you clarify that it can only be alphanumeric and not numeric how to represent the LEI code "95980020140005907865" of the entity "IBERDROLA GENERACION ESPAÑA SA". Please clarify

Please note than an alphanumeric string may include only numbers, only alphabetic characters or a combination of both. Note also that the questioned case is valid according to the TV15, and it is including four non numeric characters “LEI/” in the string to report.
