Question
What happens if a group uses method 1 and has no non–EEA insurance and reinsurance undertakings in the group.
(a) Has the group to submit an empty template or (b) does the group not submit the template but state in template S.01.01.04 that there are other reasons for not submitting.

If a group uses method 1 and has no non–EEA insurance and reinsurance undertakings in the group, template S.33.01 is not due and option "0" should be chosen. The group should explain to supervisor that it does not have any non–EEA insurance and reinsurance undertakings in the group and applies method 1 exclusively.
