Can you confirm Aviva’s interpretation that for QRT S.03.02.014:
Column C0060 – Triggering Event of Guarantee field only needs to be completed where the value in
Column C0050 – Receiver of guarantee belonging to the same group equals 0 – Other
EIOPA answer
There seems to be some confusion with the template code and column in question.
EIOPA confirms that in S.03.02.01 and S.03.02.04, C0070 (Specific triggering event (s) of guarantee) should only be filled in when in C0060 (Triggering event(s) of guarantee) the option chosen was “0” (Other).
C0050 (Provider of guarantee belonging to the same group) should not affect C0060 or C0070.
