Question
The French reply to these guidelines states frequently in the comment section a reference to guideline 1 ("please refer to comment on guideline 1")
but guideline 1 has no comment in the comment section so the reference is not very clear;
can this be completed please?
EIOPA answer
The national answers, which are published at EIOPA’s website at the moment, do not content all details given by the national competent authorities concerned.
The reason for this are internal processes within EIOPA, which are based on Article 16 of the EIOPA Regulation.
After having finalised and decided according to these processes, EIOPA might publish all information given by national competent authorities.
Then the reference to the French comment on Guideline 1 will be better understandable.
In the meantime EIOPA advises you to contact your national supervisory authority, ACPR, for further information.
