Please, could you verify the formula in cell A18 (Annex II - template MCR-B4A_S.28.01) ?
The formula stated in that cell is: A18=(0.05+B19)-(0.088*B20)+(0.005*B21)+(0.029*B22)+(0.001*C23).
There are two issues in this formula:
a) TP for WP guaranted benefits (B19): should be multiplying the factor (i.e. it is not a sum)
b) Parameters are outdated. If EIOPA wants to use a formula in this cell, please, take care of writing down the correct parameters (be aware of the ERRATA in LTGA).
(may be it would easier for you if you just leave a note with the relevant article of the ITS).
EIOPA answer
There was in fact a mistake in the referred formula. This was amended through an ERRATA that can be consulted at EIOPA website. Please refer to paragraph 75. to 77. of the ERRATA.
The final parameters will be aligned with the latest draft of the delegated act.
