We are seeing conflicting CIC classification between data sources.
Should STLB - Sustainability Linked Bonds be classed as a CIC 2 or a CIC 5?
Some examples include FR0014009L57, US22303XAA37, XS2337326727.

The Bonds mentioned in the question should be classified as CIC 2 as the returns of the bond are not linked to an underlying asset (i.e., equity, rates, commodities) or to derivative instruments.
STLB in general may contain derivative components; in this case they should be classified as CIC 59.
