Question
C0293 Bail-in rules: I am wondering if "yes" has to be reported for CIC 72/73/74, regardless of the amount of the bank deposit? Since only deposits above 100T€ are subject to bail-in requirements.
Background of the question
It seems difficult to distinguish bail-in (yes/no) for amounts up to 100T€ and above at the same Bank.
EIOPA answer
For CIC 72, 73 and 74 the cell C0293 “Bail-in rules" should be reported as “Yes" regardless of the amount of the deposit for simplicity reasons".
