Regarding the sheet "Lapse risk information" of the Template "Reporting Template - updated on 4 August 2020 - EN" to be completed for the CIR on the holistic impact assessment of the Solvency II review :
- Would it be possible to clarify if the observed lapse rates to complete are the historical ones (i.e. from the accounting)?
