Regarding taxonomy 2.4.0, I would like to share the following remarks and point out potential issues.
• In QRT 26.01. the cells R0293-R0295 and R0296-R0298 are not reportable for C0030, C0050 and C0070. In consequence they should also not be reportable for C0060 and C0080 (the same logic as for R0221-0240 should apply).
• In QRT 26.02. cell R0010/C0010 is a drop down to indicate the type of simplification. In our opinion, this drop down should also include Article 107 from Delegated Acts as this is a simplification that is highly used in the industry.
EIOPA answer
We confirm that regarding your first question there is currently an error between the instructions and the template. In QRT 26.01. the cells R0293-R0295 and R0296-R0298 are not to be reported for C0060 and C0080. The error will be amended in the next ITS amendments.
On the second point we believe Article 107 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 should not be included in the simplification as it addresses the input of the simplification and not the simplification itself.
