EIOPA answer

The interpretation is correct. S.32.01 and S.34.01 shall only include undertakings belonging to the group at the end of the reporting period. Therefore, they shall not include undertakings sold during the reporting period, but they shall include undertakings bought during the reporting period.

S.05.01, S.09.01 and S.36.01-04 shall only include transactional data relating to the sold undertaking up to the point of sale. S.05.01, S.09.01 and S.36.01-04 shall only include transactional data relating to the bought undertaking from the date of the acquisition on.
