In the Q&A 1567 you mention that you expect “I.e. also life obligations arising from non-life contracts should be reported” in the S.14.01.01. Can you please describe what is your expectation with regards to health obligations arising from non-life contracts?

The scope of S.14.01 is the business included in the lines of business from 29 to 36 as defined in the Delegated Regulation.
Q&A 1567 is referring to life obligations in a broad sense, i.e. the lines of business 33. Annuities stemming from non-life insurance contracts and relating to health insurance obligations and 34. Annuities stemming from non-life insurance contracts and relating to insurance obligations other than health insurance obligations.
