S.29.04: R0070/R0140, in its formula, whether it should include R0060/R0130 or should only include R0010-R0050/R0080-R0130.

R0060 is not included in R0070 and R00130 is not included in R0140. Thus, R0070 includes R0010 to R0050 and R0140 includes R0080 to R0120.
