Validation BV956 expects that the issuer sector reported on S.06.02 is empty where the CIC takes the form '##71' or '##75' or '##9#'. However, the taxonomy applies a closed list for the issuer sector field for which it is not possible to leave the field empty. The only option is to select “Total/NA”. However, this fails the validation.
