Article 16 of Delegated Regulation 2017/2359 - can EIOPA provide some practical examples for the term ‘structure’ in condition (e)?

As explained in EIOPA’s Technical Advice on possible Delegated Acts, this term is carried forward from the Directive and EIOPA understands that it refers to a “feature” of the contract (see alsoEIOPA’s Guidelines on this topic where both “structure” and “feature” are used). EIOPA understands that the term “structure” is used by the legislator to capture any relevant part of the contract.
