Is our interpretation correct that the summary of the Group SFCR has to be translated into all EEA languages where the group has a (re)insurance undertaking?

We confirm your interpretation that in case of Article 360 (3) the summary of the Group SFCR has to be translated into all official languages of the member states where the group has head offices of the insurance or reinsurance subsidiaries.
