Question
The field requires the country where undertaking assets are held in custody. Our interpretation is that in this field the country where the asset is held under custody must be reported and not the country where the custodian is located.
E.g. custodian is German Bank and the asset is held under custody in a different country (e.g. France). Consequently France is reported as country of custody (and not Germany as country where the custodian is located). Can you please confirm that this interpretation is correct?

We confirm your interpretation that in C0110 "Country of custody" is to be reported the country where the asset is held under custody and not the country where the custodian is located.
For identifying international custodians, such as Euroclear, the country of custody will be the one where the custody service was contractually defined.
