Question
If my understanfding is correct, according to Art. 20 of the Implem. Reg. 2015/2450, an insurance undertaking which is part of a group referred to in points (a), (b) or (c) of Article 213(2) of Directive 2009/138/EC is exempted from submitting the IGT templates (since, based on my interpretation, the parent company will comply with this obligation).
If this is the case, which is the correct selection within the "content of the submission"?

We confirm that Option 12 is to be used in S.01.01. in case there is no solo reporting of the IGTs in the following situations:
- undertaking belongs to a group referred to in points (a), (b) or (c) of Article 213(2) of Directive 2009/138/EC
- undertaking does not belong to a group referred to in points (a), (b) or (c) of Article 213(2) of Directive 2009/138/EC, and the parent undertaking is not mixed-activity insurance holding company.
