Could you please specify what undertaking should put on the cell C0210 if HRG doesn’t have guaranteed rate?

Cell C0210 in S.14.01.01 is to be filled with the average guaranteed rate to the policy holder over the remaining life time of the contract only if the guaranteed rate is provided in the contract. In case a product doesn't have a guaranteed rate the cell shouldn't be filled in.
