Question
Regarding to cell C0120 in S.14.01 please confirm if commercial name of product should be unique? In particular situation we offer one product in few variants which we plan to list separately.

When one product is offered in different versions each of them should have a different Product ID Code (C0090). In this particular case the way to report the information about the product is to provide a code of the product followed by the identification number of the variant of the product. To see how this should be done from an IT perspective, please consult the List of know issues.
Regarding the name of the product it is recommended that the name is the same but to make the origin of the variation clear if possible, e.g. "string 2015" and "string 2016" or "string xxx" "string yyy". See also Q&A 808.
