Question
How should we report the security lending in th S1001 report? Is this based on the start date of the Securities Lending Agreement between the Bank or the start date of the security lending contract?

In S.10.01 as a Start date in C0150 shall be filled the start date of the contract under which the securities lending obligations come into effect. This should be interpreted as the date which the securities are lent. For example, if a contract is signed in January agreeing to lend securities in March, then March should be the date of the contract under which the securities lending obligations come into effect, if the lending as immediate effects when signing the contract then the date of the contract under which the securities lending obligations come into effect is the start date of the security lending contract.
