Question
While the data requested on this template meets the requirement of article 159 of directive 2009/138/EC would it not be sensible to include an additional column before C0010 to collect data for the Home country of the undertaking to ensure all data for the EEA is captured.

S.04.02 template is to be reported in respect of transactions carried out under the right of establishment and those carried out under the freedom to provide services according to Article 159 of directive 2009/138/EC. It addresses only direct business. Other transactions are covered in other templates.
