Question
The Legal Entity Identifier is requested in several QRTs, e.g. S.06.02 - List of Assets.
The link between Asset ID code and Issuer (LEI) code is considered static data, but what if the LEI registration status and/or LEI entity status is lapsed resp. inactive (e.g. due to a merger)?

The undertaking should report for a certain "asset ID" the issuer-LEI that was active at the reporting reference date. So if the change of the LEI occurs before the reporting reference date the new issuer-LEI would have to be reported.
