Peer Review on EIOPA’s Decision on the collaboration of the insurance supervisory authorities

This peer review analyses supervisory practices related to the decision concerning the collaboration amongst supervisory authorities in relation to insurance cross-border activities, data storage and portfolio transfer. It contains the main findings and recommended actions to the National Supervisory Authorities.

Peer reviews assess the application by the National Supervisory Authorities represented in the EIOPA Board of Supervisors of EU measures, including directives, regulations, technical standards, EIOPA guidelines and recommendations, or supervisory practices.
