Final report on revised Guidelines on market share for reporting

The updated Guidelines on methods for determining market shares for supervisory reporting align the existing framework with the legal changes introduced throughout the Solvency II Review.

The revised Guidelines will become applicable on 30 January 2027. Until then, the Guidelines issued in 2015 are applicable.

According to Article 73(1) of the EIOPA Regulation referring to language arrangements, EIOPA issues its Guidelines in all EU official languages (currently 24 languages according to Council Regulation (EU) No 1 of 15 April 1958). In case of divergence between different versions, please inform EIOPA info{at}eiopa.europa.eu about the provision in question. EIOPA will clarify this as soon as possible.
