With your enquiry/request you unambiguously consent to the processing of your personal data by EIOPA.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the EU Data Protection Law (Regulation (EU) 1725/2018). EIOPA’s Executive Director is the controller responsible for the processing.
Your personal data (i.e. your contact details) will be used only for replying to your enquiry/request as well as for contact management. Recipients of these data will only be EIOPA staff entrusted with accommodating your enquiry/request.
The data shall be stored for a maximum period of 5 years.
