Biography
Marcelo is Director of Financial Stability and Research at the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). Since joining BMA in 2005, Marcelo has focused on global reinsurance, in particular on innovative practices. Marcelo is Vice Chair of the IAIS Macroprudential Committee.
Marcelo is National Public Accountant (Argentina), has a Master in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Italy), an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a PhD in Social Psychology from the LSE.
