Biography
With over two decades’ experience shaping pension policy, regulation, and market innovation, Grace has worked at the forefront of Ireland’s retirement landscape. A practising solicitor, she has held senior leadership roles at the Pensions Authority as Head of Legal and then Head of Supervision and Enforcement where she led the implementation of the IORP II Directive. Now as Head of Master Trusts and Regulatory Affairs at Mercer, Grace drives the design and delivery of innovative and member centred retirement solutions in a rapidly evolving market — from scaling the Master Trust model to pioneering new decumulation strategies, Grace supports Mercer in defining the next generation of pension provision, delivering stronger governance, greater flexibility, and better outcomes for members.
