On 1 February 2023 Chiara Del Prete has been appointed EFRAG Sustainability Reporting (SR) TEG Chair. She was already serving this role since May 2022 as Acting Chair. In her current role she leads all EFRAG's SR technical activities, including support to the EFRAG SR Board.
Chiara is currently chairing also the International Forum of Accounting Standard Setters (term expires in January 24, with option to postpone to 25). She joined the EFRAG management team as EFRAG FR TEG Chairwoman in April 2019, position that she covered until the end of January 2023.
From October 2016 to March 2019, Chiara was a partner at Mazars. From October 2011 to September 2016 Chiara was Head of accounting principles at UniCredit Group and in charge of the external reporting disclosure.
She started her career as financial statements Audit in KPMG Italy and PwC Italy. She has been member of ESMA Corporate Reporting Standing Committee from 2017 to 2019.
