Biography
Beata Sivak is Head of Policy & Government Relations, EMEA at crypto exchange Kraken, where she’s led European public policy and regulatory engagement since 2022. Before Kraken, she spent 10+ years in government relations with Citibank, London Stock Exchange Group, and Nasdaq—setting up a Brussels representation for the exchanges and later serving as Citi’s Director & Head of EU Representation. Beata holds degrees in political science and EU law.
