We understand that in Template 27.01.b. (Man made catastrophe risk - Liability) the “Earned premium last 12 months” should be considered, is this correct?

This question has been rejected because the issue it deals with is already addressed in the instruction of Cell C0890/R2700-R2740 of S.27.01 in (EU) 2023/894 - ITS with regard to the templates for the submission of information necessary for supervision.
Eiopa confirms that the premiums earned during the following 12 months should be reported in C0890/R2700-R2740.
