BoS Decision on the Delegation of certain DORA Q&As to the Chairperson

In line with the objectives of reducing burdens and simplifying procedures, EIOPA, in cooperation with EBA and ESMA, adopted a Decision to delegate the adoption of answers to straightforward and non-controversial DORA questions to EIOPA’s Chair in accordance with Article 41(1) of Regulation 1094/2010. The delegation arrangement facilitates efficient decision-making and optimises resource utilisation while not precluding the escalation of Q&As to the BoS in specific circumstances.
