Requests to use EIOPA corporate identity, including logo and audio-visual material, should include information on an event/activity, scope, duration and an example of visual presentation how EIOPA logo is intended to be used in the event/activity.
Permissions to use EIOPA corporate identity, including logo and audio-visual material, are given for one specific event/activity (e.g. event, publication and other production). They may be limited in time and scope. For each separate activity/event a separate request should be submitted to EIOPA Communication Team.
Granted permission(s) shall not be treated as a general permission to use EIOPA’s corporate identity, including logo and audio-visual material, for unlimited time or different activities.
Third-party material
The permission mentioned above does not apply to third-party material. Therefore, for material where copyright is vested in a third-party, permission for use and reproduction must be obtained from that third-party.
