Question
Can an insurance broker located and established in Turkey as per the Turkish law, work with an insurance company established in a member stare for a foreign flagged or a Turkish flagged or an EU flagged vessel?
Does this situation subject to a special regulation between Turkey and EU?
Since there is not an agreement for the freedom of the movement of services between EU and Turkey, does this situation subject to a special condition?
